Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end restaurant operations independently.
* Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff on a daily basis.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
* Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
* Oversee inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.
Required Skills
1. Restaurant Operations Management – Ability to oversee complete restaurant functions.
2. Staff Supervision – Experience leading and managing restaurant teams.
3. Customer Service Excellence – Ensuring superior guest experiences.

5. Problem Solving – Ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
Preferred Skills
* Hospitality management certification.
* Multi-outlet restaurant management exposure.
* Knowledge of inventory and cost-control systems.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess proven restaurant management experience with a strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff supervision. Typical experience range for this role is 4–8 years in restaurant or hospitality management environments.
Education
* Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (Typical)
* Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Hospitality Management
* Additional: Food Safety / Hospitality Certifications
