We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-orientedReceptionistto join our team at the Royal Garden hotel on full-time basis.
As aReceptionist,you will be the friendly face our guests see when they first arrive at our hotel. Providing a warm welcome and anticipating guests needs will come as second nature to you, as will be your impressive multi-tasking skills.

As aReceptionistyour Key Responsibilities are:
* Greet guests upon arrival and check them in using the hotels reservation and booking system.
* Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
* Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
* Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks as required.
* Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises and maintaining accurate records.
* Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
