This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who want to make a real difference in the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to provide in-class and one-to-one support for students with a variety of additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting students with SEND and/or behavioural needs
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Providing targeted interventions under the guidance of senior staff
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with young people in a school or youth setting
* Patient, empathetic and resilient in your approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and undertake CPD
