Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter skilled in repairing and replacing UPVC windows and doors to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can deliver first-class service to our properties covering Islington and surrounding areas.
A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to their trades and secondary trades. Works should be completed efficiently and within deadlines.

As an operative working in the London Region, you’ll be eligible for an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
Requirements:
* Reliable, experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades
* Ability to provide good customer care
* Experience in repairing and replacing UPVC windows and doors
* Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided)
* Reside in England or Wales during employment
* Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
