Responsibilities
* Oversee all accounting and financial reporting
* Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
* Lead cash flow management and financial planning
* Ensure compliance and internal controls
* Partner with leadership on strategic decisions
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA preferred)
* 5+ years of progressive experience (manufacturing preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience with financial systems and process improvement
