Temp to Perm opportunities for the ideal candidates
Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative:
BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from £14.32 to £20.55ph Weekends: £16.19 p/h
NIGHT SHIFT: (10pm-6am) from £15.57 to £20.55ph Weekends: £17.44p/h
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
* You will be working in both departments, ambient & chilled (Freezer tbc)
* Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided)
* Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 88%
* Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
* Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
