The Role: Evening Duty Manager
As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, safety, and cleanliness of the venue during evening of the wedding or party. You and the Bar Operations Manager will be the primary point of contact for any issues and set up of the venue for the next days event.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the venue and grounds to ensure guest safety and security
* Perform regular checks of the property throughout the evening
* Maintain cleanliness in public areas
* Support event setups/breakdowns when required
* Handle any incidents or emergencies calmly and effectively
* Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless handover each morning
About You:
* Would suit someone who is working full time hours and is looking for an evening job to top up their hours
* Typical shift pattern is 8pm - 01.30am or 5pm - 01.30am - sometimes finishing earlier than this

Previous experience in a porter, concierge, or night shift role preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Calm under pressure and quick-thinking in emergencies
* Physically fit and able to carry move tables and chairs around to set up the function spaces
