Cherry Professional are currently working with a well established Manufacturing company. As the Project Design Engineer you will support the entire design lifecycle, from concept through to detailed design and final commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Ensure designs are compliant with industry regulations, technical standards, and client requirements.
Produce and review design documentation, including reports, specifications, calculations, and equipment schedules
Provide technical support during the procurement, installation, and commissioning stages, ensuring that mechanical systems are installed and operate according to the design intent.
Assist in the planning, design, and execution of a facility construction project
Managing sub-contractors
Monitor project progress and report on milestones, risks, and issues
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Creating SOP's and risk assessments
Managing full lifecycle of the site refurbishment
Manage the lifecycle of key strategic projects
Co-ordinate all project aspects from budget, plans, schedules, and processes
Ideal Candidate:
Manage the lifecycle of key strategic projects
Understanding and knowledge of CDM regualations
Co-ordinate all project aspects from budget, plans, schedules, and processes
3+ years of experience within industrial or manufacturing construction projects
Knowledge of recycling processes or environmental engineering is a plus
Degree in mechanical or Civil Engineering
