TikTok Shop - Seller Experience - Program Manager, London
The Seller Experience Team is dedicated to enhancing the seller journey on TikTok Shop, from onboarding and listing to violations, appeals, logistics, education, and AM support. Our objective is to create a seamless process that empowers sellers to succeed on the platform.
Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and scale seller education programs (video tutorials, playbooks, live Q&A) to reduce violations and improve competency.
* Prioritize key issues, design systematic solutions, and collaborate with XFN teams to improve onboarding, listing, violations, and appeals.
* Drive and manage key projects with GNE, Product, and other XFN teams to ensure successful implementation.
* Conduct seller experience research to identify and address blockers and pain points.
* Monitor, analyze, and track metrics to recommend actionable improvements based on data-driven insights.
* Facilitate preparation of review meetings and communications to project sponsors for transparency and decision‑making.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, able to influence senior sellers in workshops and executive meetings.
* A strong business development mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within the seller journey and champion seller success initiatives.
* Strong strategic thinking to prioritize issues and break down solutions.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience in project management, preferably in a cross‑functional setting.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working on Seller experience or Governance topics.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
