This opportunity involves learning the skills of a Commercial Loss Adjuster, sitting relevant exams, and handling commercial insurance claims. Shadowing experienced colleagues, including site visits, will build your technical and practical skills.
The Role – Graduate Development Adjuster – Commercial Claims Services:
This is the first step to a long-term career where you’ll identify creative solutions in challenging situations. You will support customers in various circumstances, requiring adaptability and interaction at all levels. Opportunities may include supporting colleagues during peak times across the UK and occasionally overseas.
Experience in property claims handling is not essential. We are keen to hear from graduates or those passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, seeking growth and development opportunities.
All successful candidates will participate in our Accelerate programme, starting in early September, which includes in-person training, site visits, and office support.
About You – Graduate Development Adjuster – Commercial Claims Services:
Experience as a Claims/Loss Adjuster is not required, but motivation and a desire to help others are essential. You should have a personal drive for professional development.
You will benefit from access to advanced technologies supporting customer service. We are industry leaders in digital solutions.
You should have/be:
* Educated to degree level
* Strong experience in dealing with people at all levels, demonstrating excellent customer focus
* Experience with property claims is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and professionalism
* Proficient in Excel and Word at an intermediate level
