The role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering projects from early cost advice through to final account, while also supporting and mentoring more junior team members.
Responsibilities will include:
* Leading cost planning, procurement and commercial strategy
* Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
* Contract administration and commercial oversight
* Supporting project delivery teams and contributing to the wider consultancy
You'll be given the space to lead your projects properly, rather than firefighting or carrying unrealistic workloads.
About you
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
* Confident managing projects and clients independently
* Comfortable working across multiple sectors
* Professional, personable and commercially astute
Chartered status (MRICS) is preferred, but strong experience and the right mindset are just as important.
