Job Description
Shift Pattern: 4ON 4OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm.
Salary: £12.69 per hour + £1.00 Team Leader allowance per hour.
Supporting the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisors with performance, disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.
* Carrying out return to work interviews.
* Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
* Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
* Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
* Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
* Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.
* Ensuring that the available resources are utilized to their full potential at all times.
Qualifications
* Strong Warehouse Experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proactive and able to make decisions.
* Good warehouse and logistics operation knowledge.
* Computer literate.
* Professional, approachable and helpful.
