About the Role
Are you an experienced AV professional looking to work on some of the UK's most prestigious residential projects? We're seeking a Lead AV Engineer to install, program, and commission high-end AV, smart home automation, and networking systems for luxury properties. Working with industry-leading brands like Crestron, Lutron, and Control4, you'll ensure seamless installations that meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
AV Installation & Programming - Install and configure Crestron, Lutron, and Control4 systems.
Networking Expertise - Set up and troubleshoot IP networks, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
Rack Building - Assemble and install high-spec AV racks with precision.
Cabling & Termination - Carry out high-quality terminations for system reliability.
System Commissioning - Test and fine-tune systems for flawless functionality.
Project Collaboration - Work closely with project managers, designers, and architects.
On-Site Problem-Solving - Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Team Leadership - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.What the Client is Looking For
Technical Expertise - Strong experience in AV installation, programming, and IP networking.
Luxury Residential Experience - Background in delivering high-end AV solutions for super-prime properties.
Attention to Detail - Precision in rack building, cabling, and system configuration.
Professionalism - Ability to work discreetly with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Full UK Driving Licence - Essential for the role.What's On Offer
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + paid overtime at enhanced rates.
Company Van & Expenses: Fuel card, uniform, mobile phone, and laptop provided.
Holidays: Five weeks, including Christmas shutdown.
