Role - Mobile Caretaker
Location - Hounslow
Pay - £13.49 per hour PAYE inc Holiday Pay | £17.49 per hour LTD via Umbrella
Hours - 35 per week Monday to Friday
Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Caretaker to join our client who are a Housing Association working out of the Hounslow area
Based within the Hounslow area, you will work as part of a mobile team to cover various locations therefore holding aFull UK Driving Licenseis a requirement for this role with a company van provided.
As a caretaker, you will provide and be responsible for maintaining the internal and external areas of the Housing Associations estates and provide a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, employees and other visitors.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:
* To handle resident issues efficiently and effectively.
* To be responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
* Deliver Trust letters, circulars etc as appropriate to resident’s properties.
* Report any estate defects, fly-tipping or anti-social behaviour to the appropriate authorities.
* Check communal lighting/timers and reports blown bulbs as necessary, (including office light bulbs) and emergency testing done monthly.
