We are now seeking a skilled and proactive IT Consultant to advise on and support the company’s technology strategy, systems optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business acumen, ensuring our IT systems align with VisaTier’s operational goals and global compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical consulting and strategic IT support across all company departments and international offices. Assess the existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements in network architecture, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions. Manage or support IT implementation projects, including system upgrades, CRM integrations, and workflow automation. Conduct technical assessments, requirements analysis, and risk evaluations for ongoing and new initiatives. Ensure compliance with UK and international data protection regulations (GDPR) and cybersecurity standards. Collaborate with finance, operations, and marketing teams to implement technology solutions that improve efficiency. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers, overseeing contracts, performance, and delivery quality. Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and IT project plans for management review. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide hands-on support when necessary. Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose innovations relevant to the company’s business model. Who You Are: 3 years of experience in IT consulting, systems administration, or digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of network security, infrastructure management, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or similar). Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, and data integration processes. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in international or cross-functional business environments is a strong advantage. Desired Skills: Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives to business objectives.
