Salary: Ā£52,000 ā Ā£59,500 + up to Ā£24,000 bonus šÆ
Working Hours: Full-time
Service: Childrenās Home
Service Users: YPs ā EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE, PSB
Qualifications Required:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (Essential)
* Level 3 in Children & Young Peopleās Services (Desirable)
Experience in Years Required:
* Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager with evidence of āGoodā Ofsted inspections
* Experience in setting up and opening childrenās homes (Desirable)
