Job Title: Residential Development Manager Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire Salary: £52,000 – £59,500 up to £24,000 bonus Working Hours: Full-time Service: Children’s Home Service Users: YPs – EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE, PSB Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (Essential) Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Services (Desirable) Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager with evidence of “Good” Ofsted inspections Experience in setting up and opening children’s homes (Desirable) Employment Type: Permanent Who we are looking for… We are seeking a dynamic, proactive leader with a proven track record in children’s residential care.
