Job Title: Residential Development Manager 🏡
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Salary: £52,000 – £59,500 + up to £24,000 bonus 🎯
Working Hours: Full-time
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs – EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE, PSB
Qualifications Required:

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (Essential)
* Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Services (Desirable)

Experience in Years Required:

* Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager with evidence of “Good” Ofsted inspections
* Experience in setting up and opening children’s homes (Desirable)

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive leader with a proven track record in children’s residential care. You will have the drive to oversee the development and launch of new homes, ensuring they are Ofsted-ready, compliant, and equipped with strong teams from day one.
