Salary : £26,208 to £29,500

We're looking for passionate Outdoor Education Instructors to join our growing team, delivering meaningful outdoor experiences for young people across schools and children’s homes. Through long-term engagement, you'll help build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills – making a real impact every day.

The successful candidate will:
* Lead outdoor activities that challenge, engage, and inspire
* Support small groups to develop confidence and personal growth
* Bring learning to life outside the classroom

Our ideal candidate will have:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Mountain Biking
* Climbing
* Paddle Sports
* Walking & Navigation
