40 hours / week (MonFri) + occasional evenings / weekends + on-call rota

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead the registration and operations of a new Ofsted‑regulated children's home, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is an exciting opportunity for a current Registered Manager or Deputy looking to step up and make a real impact.
What You will Do:
* Lead and manage an Ofsted‑registered children's home
* Deliver trauma‑informed, person‑centred care
* Safeguard and support children with complex needs
* Inspire, manage, and support your team
* Drive quality improvement and compliance
* Oversee service operations, including staffing, risk, budgets
About You:
* Proven experience in children's residential care
* Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and safeguarding
* Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
* Skilled in leading teams and managing behaviours associated with trauma
* IT‑confident and data‑literate
* Driven, compassionate, and resilient
