This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and eager to contribute to the progress and wellbeing of young learners.
Your Role as Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Assist pupils across a range of subjects and learning levels.
* Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive classroom activities.
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help students reach their full potential.
* Help maintain a positive, nurturing, and well-organised classroom environment.
* Support lesson preparation, resource organisation, and general classroom duties.
What You’ll Need as a Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with learners.
* Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
