Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our clients friendly team based close to Hilton. This role is a mix of 1st and 2nd line support, perfect for someone who has a good tech background and wants to keep building on it.
1. Salary: £24,000-28,000
2. Monday to Friday, office hours
3. Training and chances to gain certifications
The Role:
4. Helping clients by solving IT issues (1st and 2nd line)
5. Working with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11
6. Handling network tasks like DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routers, and firewalls
7. Setting up laptops, mobiles, and phone systems
8. Supporting senior engineers on IT projects
9. Keeping records up to date and meeting support deadlines
The Candidate:
10. Some experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or business setting
11. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
12. Basic networking skills
13. Familiar with backup and security tools
14. A team player who’s willing to learn and grow
Desirable:
15. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, or Azure AD
16. Experience with VoIP or telecoms
17. Cyber Essentials know-how
