This role is part of our Supply Chain team, helping shape demand planning capabilities during a time of expansion and operational improvement.
Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the demand forecasting process for the FFG group.
* Generate accurate statistical forecasts at multiple aggregation levels (customer, category, product). Develop models, analyze sales trends, and incorporate promotional activity, seasonal patterns, and new product launches.
* Partner with commercial and operational teams to create a single, aligned demand plan.
* Lead the monthly demand review cycle within the S&OP process and communicate assumptions and risks to stakeholders.
* Utilize IBP software Relex, ensuring data integrity and continually improving the planning process.
* Provide insights and support to production, service level and commercial decision‑making.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in demand planning, preferably in FMCG or a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent problem‑solving and ability to manage complexity and interpret ambiguous information.
* Familiarity with forecasting tools or IBP software.
* Adaptable to evolving business environments and shifting priorities.
* Strong communication skills – able to translate complex insights into clear, actionable messages.
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and confidently manage upwards.
