A leading and well-established law firm in Worcestershire is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its successful and highly regarded conveyancing team. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload independently.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant conveyancing laws, regulations, and procedures.
* Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
* Prioritise and progress multiple matters simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
* Work collaboratively with fellow fee earners and support staff to uphold exceptional service standards.
About You
Essential
* Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer within a law firm or conveyancing practice.
* Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing processes.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
* Confidence in negotiating terms and managing your own caseload using modern IT systems.
* A team-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Working Pattern
* Monday to Friday
