- Experience (or a strong passion for) working with young people with ASC, sensory needs, and/or anxiety
- A resilient, flexible, and empathetic approach
Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
In return, we offer:
- A supportive and experienced consultant to guide you through the process
- Opportunities for ongoing CPD and professional development
- The chance to work in a specialist setting where you can truly make an impact
- Potential for long-term or permanent placement for the right candidate
If you are an SEN Teacher who thrives on working within a specialist environment and making a real difference in young people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
