Project Partners are now on the look out for an experienced Project Coordinator / Administrator to join a well-established team based in Cambridge. You will sit within the Network Build project delivery team, co-ordinating various project dependencies. The role requires someone with effective communication and customer focus skills together with a confident, flexible and organised approach.

Responsibilities
* As the Project Coordinator, you will liaise with local authorities and third parties to arrange permits/notices and ensure timely completion of scheduled works, while maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
* Managing Streetworks permits and noticing from raising through to closing and registration of works, tracking and managing notices with excellent time-keeping.
* Maintain strong communication with Site Supervisors, Delivery Managers, and the wider Project Team to ensure TM, permits/notices, and resources are fully aligned.
* Support the management of planned outages and change requests, while ensuring all RAMS and CPHSP are in place.
Qualifications / Experience
* Commercial awareness and experience of working with project finances.
* Confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other IT applications.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Initiative and ability to absorb task requirements quickly and have confidence to ask when unsure.
* Professional and confident on the telephone when dealing with clients, contractors and members of the public.
* Ability to work under pressure with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to prioritise work whilst achieving strict deadlines.
* Exposure to Streetworks Permitting & TM planning (Desirable).
