Vision for Education is seeking passionate individuals interested in supporting students facing barriers to learning. This full-time or part-time role begins in June 2025.
About The Role
You will work with pupils who have struggled in mainstream settings and require additional support. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and receive emotional support both inside and outside the classroom. Your role extends beyond classroom assistance to include pastoral support and helping pupils develop life skills and educational skills.

Requirements
* Patience and resilience
* Reliability and consistency in supporting pupils
* Previous experience working with children and/or young people
Salary
£450 to £550 per week, dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
The minimum requirements include:
* Holding a DBS on the update service or willingness to process one with us
* Relevant experience or training
