We're looking for a Performance Lead who sees beyond dashboards and knows how to turn paid media into meaningful growth.
This role is about focus, not frenzy. You’ll help shape how performance fits into creative, brand, and strategy — not just media spend.
Your Role Includes:
* Building and overseeing multi-platform paid strategies (Search, Social, etc.)
* Aligning campaign goals with business and creative direction
* Analyzing results, leading testing cycles, and making sharp decisions
* Reporting clearly — without the fluff
* Leading or mentoring a small team of media operators
You Might Be a Fit If You:
* Have 5–7 years in performance/growth/digital media
* Can plan, manage, and explain six-figure media budgets
* Communicate clearly with teams and clients alike
* Prefer depth over hype — and know what to say no to
Compensation:
$5,000–$9,000/month — scalable by scope and setup
