Job Description
3. Support CEO with strategic priorities, communications, and stakeholder engagement
4. Coordinate Board and Senior Leadership Team meetings and governance processes
5. Manage CEO's calendar, travel, expenses, and internal communications
6. Lead onboarding and training for new Board members
7. Represent the CEO's office with professionalism and discretion
8. Contribute to global forums and external engagement initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Senior Executive Officer should have:
9. 7+ years' experience supporting senior leaders and Boards
10. Strong governance, project coordination, and internal comms skills
11. High-level proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
12. Excellent judgement, discretion, and communication skills
13. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
14. Commitment to gender equality and social impact
