Role Overview
Days of working: Monday – Friday, shifts may be mornings or evenings.
We’re looking for reliable, detail‑oriented Cleaners to support a range of secure premises, including office and residential environments. This role directly contributes to the well‑being of staff, visitors and residents. Cleanliness, discretion and consistency are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* General cleaning of approved premises, including cleaning of a residential room ready for the next resident to use. No cleaning of residents’ rooms while occupied.
* Perform sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and surface sanitisation.
* Maintain cleanliness in communal areas, restrooms, kitchens and circulation spaces.
* Ensure all areas are tidied, free of litter and safe for use at all times.
* Respond promptly to spillages or hygiene concerns to maintain a safe environment.
* Use cleaning products and equipment in line with COSHH and health & safety guidelines.
Ideal Candidate
* Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
* Previous cleaning experience desirable; full training will be provided.
* Basic understanding of COSHH and safe working practices preferred.
* Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in sensitive environments.
