WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Daily website maintenance – including scheduling training sessions, assigning leads to installers, approving user accounts
2. Creating and scheduling 2 social media posts a week
3. Organising events and exhibitions
4. Manage seasonal promotions and campaigns
5. Liaising with design agencies and external partners for events, media and promotions
6. Working directly with the Marketing Manager on a day-to-day basis
7. Proof-reading press releases, case studies and various written materials for UK and Europe
8. First point of contact for Panasonic accredited partners
9. Ordering, distributing, and managing promotional materials
10. Budget management (cost allocation, invoice management)
11. Customer service management
12. Filming and editing short clips for YouTube
Work alongside the technical department to organise the student recruitment process for 7

Qualification & Experience
13. Currently studying for a Marketing / Business / Sales related degree at University
14. Currently in your penultimate year of study
15. No specific experience or knowledge required.
