Job Summary
The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the Care, Quality, and Compliance of all areas under your responsibility, in line with Service Policy and Procedures, reflecting the Mission Statement, Ethos, Vision, and Values of Brothers of Charity Services.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Skills
* Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care
* Knowledge of standards set by the Care Quality Commission, Supporting People Framework, and local Councils
* Ability to complete all documentation legibly and in a timely manner
* Ability to check basic finance books
* Ability to complete work rotas for staff teams
* Ability to carry out risk assessments
* Ability to chair meetings
* Flexibility to work across the organisation
* Ability to carry out the on-call service
* Commitment to high customer care standards
* Ability to maintain compliance in all areas under your responsibility
* Full Driving Licence and use of a car for work
* Skills and knowledge of IT systems
