They are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, driving growth, retention, and long-term strategic partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven professional to work with enterprise-level clients, delivering high-value solutions while building trusted, long-lasting relationships. The Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on both retention and new revenue opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, challenges, and strategic objectives. Youll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, while owning the commercial relationship and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term value Build strong, multi-level relationships across client organisations Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts Lead customer meetings and commercial discussions, including contract renewals Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track activity within CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned to customer needs Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight and value beyond core offerings Monitor customer satisfaction and drive improvements where required Stay up to date with market trends, products, and industry developments About You Proven experience in a Senior Account Manager / Account Manager / B2B Sales role Strong track record of managing and growing large corporate or enterprise accounts Experience delivering against revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction targets Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Experience developing account strategies and executing growth plans Comfortable working in a target-driven, competitive environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Benefits Salary: Up to £65k OTE Hybrid working 25 days PTO stat days Enhanced parental leave Wellness schemes Pension To find out more about this opportunity, submit your CV below, or reach out to a member of the Enso Recruitment team today!
