The Sycamores is an eight bedroom, fully accessible home, located in the heart of South Kirkby.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide highquality, personcentred support tailored to individual needs
* Support adults with daily living activities while promoting independence and choice in all areas
* Encourage participation in community activities and meaningful experiences
* Maintain dignity, respect, and positive relationships at all times
* Work in line with Hollybank Trust's principles, behaviours, and care standards
* Contribute to a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and other professionals
What We're Looking For
* A genuine commitment to supporting adults with complex disabilities
* A caring, patient, and respectful approach
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from senior staff
* Willingness to learn and undertake relevant training
* Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential
