LHH is proud to be working in partnership with a leading national law firm to recruit a Real Estate Associate (1+ PQE) into their award-winning Manchester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing and collaborative team that advises some of the UK’s most prominent investors, developers, and occupiers.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a dynamic and growing transactional real estate team, known for its market-leading work and strong client relationships. The team advises on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters including:
* Sales and acquisitions of high-value investment properties and portfolios
* Property management and landlord & tenant matters
* Development and regeneration projects
* Corporate support and strategic real estate advice
You’ll work closely with FTSE 100 clients, national developers, and major occupiers across sectors such as retail, energy, infrastructure, and logistics.

What We’re Looking For
* A qualified solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate
* Strong technical skills and a commercial mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to client service and team collaboration
* A desire to grow and develop within a leading national firm
