We need a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10 and Windows 11. We require experience supporting Microsoft Office applications. We value SCCM knowledge, including OS deployment, application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with PowerShell, VBScript, or batch scripting is beneficial. Knowledge of BitLocker, NTFS permissions, and endpoint security is required. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, and collaboration tools is desirable.
