Salary: £30,500 - £32,000

What you’ll do:
* Lead and motivate our Front of House and Housekeeping teams to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
* Manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to maintain UK’s number one status
* Understand the bigger picture to drive improvements and spot commercial opportunities
* Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel
What you’ll need:
* Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment leading a successful team
* Strong leadership and customer service passion
* Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach to people, and the ability to build trust and support at all levels
* Commitment to safety and high service standards
