This is an outstanding opportunity to join and oversee the private client team of this well-established firm. THE ROLE: The firm is looking for an accomplished Solicitor to head its dynamic private client department. In this role, you will oversee and mentor team members while managing your own diverse caseload, which will include probate, wills, trusts, estate administration, Court of Protection matters, and lasting powers of attorney. You will also play a key role in driving business growth through active participation in business development and marketing initiatives. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 8 years’ PQE and substantial technical expertise in all aspects of private client work. Previous managerial or supervisory experience is preferred, and STEP membership (or working towards it) would be highly advantageous.
