This innovative and forward-thinking training provider is at the forefront of Fire & Security education in the UK, delivering high-quality, hands-on training that blends face-to-face teaching, online delivery, and bespoke commercial solutions across the full Fire & Security spectrum – including Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.
As a key member of our commercial training team, you\'ll play an integral role in developing and delivering high-quality, impactful commercial training – both face-to-face and online – across the full range of Fire & Security disciplines. You\'ll contribute to the creation of engaging course content, tailored training solutions, and accredited qualifications that reflect the latest industry standards and best practices.
The Role
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* Home-based with travel involved
* Working out of the Warrington office
* Deliver engaging and high-impact training in Fire & Security disciplines across:
o Fire Detection & Alarm Systems (Design, Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance)
o CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems
o Intruder & Hold-Up Alarms
o Access Control
* Develop and tailor training programmes and materials for face-to-face, remote, and blended delivery
* Contribute to Skills On-Demand LMS and e-learning resources
* Help audit and maintain training content to ensure industry compliance and quality standards
* Assist with course accreditation, application processes for AO status, and the development of qualifications aligned with FireQual, EAL, and other frameworks
The person
* At least 3 years\' experience in Fire & Security engineering (essential)
* Live within a commutable distance to Doncaster
* Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry standards
* A genuine interest in mentoring, teaching, or coaching others
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently when required
* Desire to grow with a business that values innovation and continuous improvement
