We are working with a range of secondary schools across Derbyshire who are looking to support and mentor enthusiastic graduates keen to explore a long-term career in teaching.
About the Role:
* Full-time paid school-based position
* Work closely with experienced teachers, supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Gain valuable experience in lesson delivery, behaviour management, and classroom support
* Ideal for graduates in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, PE, and other core subjects
* Opportunities to transition into teacher training pathways (e.g. PGCE, SCITT, Schools Direct)
Who We're Looking For:
* A degree (2:2 or above) in any subject
* A genuine interest in a career in education
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, supportive attitude
* Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
