We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Governance Analyst to join our Finance team, supporting the Group Head of Regulatory Governance in delivering key regulatory governance activities across the Group. This is a technical first line role within Regulatory Reporting, where you’ll play a key role in the delivery of Pillar 3 disclosures, the Regulatory Reporting Framework, production of regulatory governance forum pack and control testing within a large, listed financial services group. This position is part of a small team of Governance specialists and based in our Wolverhampton office. As Senior Regulatory Governance Analyst, you will be supporting the delivering of key regulatory governance activity across the Group and supporting the wider team on individual projects. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the preparation, enhancement and ongoing improvement of Pillar 3 disclosures Producing gap analysis against regulatory requirements and supporting responses to regulatory change Coordinating the Regulatory Governance Forum, including preparation of packs and supporting materials Becoming the subject matter expert for less complex returns e.g. Bank of England statistical reporting Providing input into regulatory reporting projects, including the build and testing of new reports Maintaining the regulatory reporting framework, ensuring it remains up to date throughout the year Performing control testing and supporting regulatory reporting RCSA refreshes Base salary £50,000 - £60,000 dependant upon experience Enhanced family-focused benefits Annual bonus opportunity up to 15% 28 days annual leave bank holidays Please use this link to see the fantastic benefits available at OSB: OSB Careers At OSB Group, we understand how much our people bring to our organisation, which is why we try our best to give back too!
