Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide assistance and care to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. This position requires a range of skills including personal care, meal support, Mobility support & toileting.
This position is for a Part Time Support Worker working 18 hours across a four week rolling rota as follows
Week 1- Tuesday, Friday, Sunday 8am- 2pm
Week 2- Monday 8am- 2pm, Wednesday 8am to 8pm
Week 3- Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8am-2pm
Week 4- Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8am-2pm
Successful candidate must be able to fulfil role and hours as stipulated above, there is no flexibility on working schedule.

Overtime Available to cover Annual Leave
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in the care home.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- support with nutrition and ensure dietary requirements are met
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behaviour
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home, or similar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
