TheRole:
In this fulltime InHouseInventory Clerk position you will play a vital role in ensuring theaccuracy and efficiency of our clients inventory management systemfor their property portfolio acrossLondon.
Responsibilities:
* Conductmeticulous physical inventory counts of various items withinproperties managed by our client (primarily postcodes KT5 CR0 UB7UB3 TW1). This may include furniture fixtures appliances and otherpropertyrelated assets.
* Record and maintainaccurate inventory data using the clients designated softwaresystem.
* Identify and report any discrepanciesbetween physical counts and systemrecords.
* Assist property managers withorganizing and maintaining a clean and efficient storageenvironment within the properties.
* Assist withthe preparation and packing of inventory for shipment relocation ormaintenance purposes.
* Perform data entry tasksrelated to inventory management.
* Maintain clearand concise documentation related to inventory activities withineach property.
* Communicate effectively withinternal teams at our clients company including property managersto ensure smooth inventoryoperations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory control rolepreferably within a property management or similarenvironment.
* Strong attention to detail andaccuracy.
* Excellent organizational skills andthe ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
* Proficient in basic computerskills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word &Excel).
* Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
* Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
* Valid UK Drivers Licenseand reliable vehicle required for travel to various locationsacross West & South West London (primarily postcodes KT5 CR0UB7 UB3 TW1).
