Fixed term until April 2026, with consideration for part-time (minimum 25 hours/week)

Mid-August, allowing a 4-6 week handover period

About This dual role combines responsibilities of a Business Support Manager and a PA. You will oversee administrative and operational support, facilitate efficient office functions, assist senior leadership with projects and performance tracking, and improve internal processes. You will also provide high-level personal support to the CEO, acting as a gatekeeper, problem-solver, and coordinator, handling confidential tasks with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative functions ensuring smooth operations across teams.
Coordinate cross-department initiatives and support project delivery with planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide executive support including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Communicate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
Diary & Calendar Management:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring the CEO is prepared.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, and transport.
Communication Management:
Manage correspondence, filter inquiries, and handle calls and messages.
Meeting Support:
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
Documentation & Filing:
Maintain files and confidential documents securely.
Event Planning:
Support or lead event planning and execution.
