Acting for both investor and private clients across a range of transactions. Handling purchases, sales, remortgages and related matters. Delivering efficient and timely completions, often ahead of industry averages. Building and maintaining strong relationships with investor clients. Training provided for those with limited experience in property investment work.THE CANDIDATE: Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (any PQE level considered).
