Core Responsibilities Manage and maintain ledger activity, ensuring journal entries are timely and accurate Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and key balance sheet items Assist with tax compliance and contribute to preparation of tax submissions Reconcile shipping transactions and related financial records Provide documentation and support for both internal and external audit reviews Strengthen financial controls and enhance reporting workflows Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate financial data Lead credit control and accounts payable operations Requirements Part Qualified- preferably within CIMA or ACCA Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail Calm and focused under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills Experience with ERP platforms Comfortable working collaboratively and meeting tight deadlines Solid IT capabilities and confident decision-making Benefits Flexible hybrid working model Structured development and training opportunities Generous holiday allowance Comprehensive pension and health benefitsAdecco is a disability-confident employer.
