Salary: GBP41,383 per annum
Position: Executive Assistant to CEO
Work arrangement: Hybrid working (minimum 6 days a month in Brighton office)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Executive Support team responsible for providing Executive Assistance to the CEO and the Chief of Staff. You’ll be joining at a critical point in the organisation's journey to transform the pensions market.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Chief of Staff, managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks to enable strategic focus.
2. Support the collection, compilation, upload, and distribution of board and committee papers using Convene and SharePoint, ensuring accurate records and data compliance.
3. Manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion to support leadership success.
4. Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing email correspondence, screening calls, and handling inquiries independently. Support the Senior Executive Assistant and cover in their absence, including drafting emails to stakeholders such as government officials, trustees, schemes, and employers.
5. Gather and organize relevant information and data to assist in decision-making and planning, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
6. Plan, coordinate, and oversee executive-level meetings and organization-wide events, including preparing agendas, collecting materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Manage logistics and collaborate across departments for small projects.

Additional Information:
This is a permanent contract offering 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, civil service pension, flexible working arrangements, and genuine opportunities for progression. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of Brighton, East Sussex, UK, and have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship cannot be provided.
