Key Responsibilities:
As Operations Manager, you'll take the lead on delivering high standards across multiple sites in Bristol:
* Oversee the day-to-day delivery of a multi-site contract, ensuring compliance and performance
* Manage budgets, financial performance, and long-term planning
* Lead, support, and develop site-based teams and supervisors
* Ensure health & safety and statutory requirements are consistently met
* Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement across services
* Manage suppliers and subcontractors to maintain service quality
* Lead regular performance reviews and operational meetings
What we're looking for:
To succeed as an Operations Manager in Bristol, you'll bring:
* Proven experience as an operations manager within a PFI or similar environment
* Strong leadership skills, managing teams across multiple locations
* Experience overseeing budgets and delivering against financial targets
* A technical or FM qualification (such as IWFM or NEBOSH preferred)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A proactive, organised approach with a focus on service delivery
* Ability to travel between sites as required
