The Role
As Head Barman, you’ll take full ownership of the bar operation and work closely with the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
You will:

Lead and motivate the bar team during busy services ?
*
Ensure consistently high standards of service, quality, and presentation
*
Help develop and maintain a strong drinks offer (draught, cocktails, wines, and premium spirits)
*
Manage stock, ordering, and GP control
*
Train and develop junior team members
*
Keep the bar organised, clean, and running smoothly at all times

Proven experience in a busy pub, bar, or restaurant

Strong leadership skills and confidence managing a team

Passion for great drinks and excellent service
