Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service? Our client is seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team in Wednesbury. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to all incoming customer inquiries via email and phone within an agreed timescale, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
* Proactively reach out to existing customers to present new products and services, fostering strong relationships.
* Represent the brand at exhibitions throughout the UK, showcasing our offerings and engaging potential customers.
* Build rapport with customers by fact-finding to understand their requirements, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
* Follow up on all inquiries by creating personalised quotations and orders using Sage 200.
* Update the CRM system with all customer details, ensuring a smooth handover process to vehicle production.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve all team targets, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing sales environment.

* Proven experience in dealing with customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and engage with clients.
