Location: Chester – On-site at client corporate office
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-Time – 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Salary: £49,181 – £57,377 (DOE)

About the Service
This role sits within a respected provider of corporate healthcare services, embedding clinical teams directly within major UK organisations such as financial institutions, insurers, and professional services firms. The successful candidate will be based on-site at a high-profile corporate client office in Chester, supporting employee health and wellbeing within a dynamic professional workplace.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Independent Nurse Prescriber to join the primary care team operating within a corporate health setting. You will provide frontline, holistic clinical care to employees and work closely with GPs, nurses, and the client’s internal wellbeing team.
This is a unique position combining clinical autonomy, relationship-building, and health promotion, supporting a motivated and engaged adult population.
You’ll have access to a wider primary care clinical network for governance and support, while enjoying the independence to run your own clinics and manage your own caseload.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ First point of contact for adult patients for a wide range of presentations
✔ Assessing, diagnosing, treating and reviewing acute and chronic conditions
✔ Integrating prescribing and lifestyle-focused care plans
✔ Travel health consultations & vaccinations (including tailored advice for international travel)
✔ Leadership of seasonal flu vaccination programmes on-site
✔ Designing and delivering tailored health promotion initiatives
✔ Conducting vision screening and preventative health checks
✔ Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and accurate documentation
This is a varied, autonomous, and relationship-driven role with significant opportunity to influence wellbeing culture inside the workplace.
What We’re Looking For
RGN with valid NMC registration
Independent Prescribing qualification (V300 or equivalent) – essential
Experience in: minor injuries, travel health, cervical screening, ear irrigation, venepuncture
Confident clinical decision-maker, able to work independently
Excellent patient-centred communication skills
Postgraduate nursing qualification desirable (not essential)
