Risk Analyst Oliver James are seeking a Risk Analyst to join a long- standing and highly successful London Market insurer in the City. This is an incredible opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated risk team. You will be joining a Global Insurer, where you will have access to strong progression plans and training. This role is hybrid, 3 days per week in the office. Main Responsibilities: Supporting the Risk Management function with maintaining the risk registers. Providing 2nd line oversight to support the wider team. Supporting with the ORSA process and reporting. Perform quarterly control validation. Assist with route cause analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Liaise with colleagues and senior stakeholders across risk functions. Ensure all data is up to data and logged accurately. Provide training to stakeholders. Key Skills: Experience working within insurance and risk management is essential. Experience using Risk Management systems - preferably GRC tool experience. Able to prioritise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
